Spoiled milk never tasted this good. A simplistic dessert made with minimal ingredients that will be both satisfying and sweet. If the idea of using spoiled milk doesn’t sit too well with you, make your own by adding lime juice to milk so that it can “spoil” or curdle.
- In a deep pot boil the milk with lime juice on medium heat
- Once milk curdles start to form, add the sugar. The milk will begin to seperate to form thick curdles and a clear liquid
- Boil on low heat so the sugar can dissolve. If you boil the paynoose longer the milk curdles will become smaller, the liquid will boil down and the color will be slightly darker
