Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and grate cassava in a food processor
  2. Add grated coconut to cassava
  3. Add brown sugar, coconut milk, ginger, raisins, nutmeg, essense and butter
  4. Mix together, taste if more sweetness is desired add more sugar
  5. Pour in a greased pan so mixture is about an inch high
  6. Bake at 375• for 45 minutes
  7. Cut into squares once cooled
