Ingredients
  • 4 cups raw channa
  • 1 tbsp. whole geera or 1 tsp ground geera
  • Chopped medium onion
  • Chopped garlic
  • Wiri wiri peppers
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cuisine: Cooking time: 40 mins Serving: 4 people

    Warm and comforting breakfast packed with protein

    Directions

    1. Start overnight by soaking channa in water until it is covered past the top
    Channa
    1. Drain and rinse channa
    2. Boil channa approximatly 30 minutes until it is fork tender
    3. Sautee onion, garlicĀ  geera
    4. Add channa
    5. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
    6. Season with salt and wiri wiri pepper
